Comcoplast has always placed great emphasis on a balanced mix of third-party and in-house manufacturing. This has led to our long-term cooperation with selected specialist suppliers in Europe and Asia. This is in line with our motto: 

" For every special product, we have a specialized production process "

It is only through this partnership relationship that we have for many years been able to guarantee that our innovative products are processed to the highest standards. Alongside third-party manufacturing with long-term supplier development, in-house manufacturing also plays an important role. Particularly in the area of carrier bags, we have successfully been supplying carrier bags made of LDPE regenerate for many years. These are of course certified under the "Blue Angel" eco-label.

Moreover COMCOPLAST is member of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) and offers additional products that are certified by GOTS and Fairtrade.

Depending on the product, COMCOPLAST uses a variety of materials and/or raw materials. As far as plastics are concerned, we process the following:

In addition, we process kraft paper (sodium sulphate / sulphite), cellulose paper, recycled paper, parchment substitute, aluminium and cotton. Paper products can be offerd with FSC^® (C129402) - or PEFC-signet. Cotton bags are available in conventional or organic quality and can be supplemented by signet such as Oeko-Tex, GOTS and Fairtrade. Some products are also manufactured from composite material, such as aluminium/paper/LDPE composite for fish packaging.
